These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boozulator mobile application and related website (collectively, "the Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using Boozulator you represent that you are at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age where you reside, whichever is higher) and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on any compatible device that you own or control.

The Service does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Information from Boozulator should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for guidance about alcohol consumption, calorie intake, or any health concerns.
The Service is designed to help users understand the nutritional and alcohol content of cocktails. It is not intended to encourage excessive alcohol consumption. You agree to drink responsibly, never drive or operate machinery while impaired, and to comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption in your jurisdiction.
The Service offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Boozulator Pro") processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, as the developer does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
The free version of Boozulator displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that Google's data practices apply as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT NUTRITION CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH OUTCOMES, RELIANCE ON NUTRITION INFORMATION, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON THE SERVICE.
The developer may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App. The developer may discontinue the Service or your access to it at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
